We strive to provide the best service possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our processes.

1. General Policy

All transactions on Miloner are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. We adhere to a strict no-refund policy for completed services, but we make exceptions for verified technical failures.

2. Completed Voice Calls (Non-Refundable)

Once a voice call is successfully connected and the conversation begins, the amount is automatically deducted from the user's wallet. This deduction is non-refundable, regardless of the call duration (even if it lasts only a few seconds) or the quality of the conversation. This applies to both paid calls and free calls (once the free seconds are exhausted).

3. Technical Failures & Dropped Calls (Eligible for Refund)

If a call fails to connect entirely, or drops immediately due to a technical error on our side (e.g., server outage, app crash, network failure at our end), you are eligible for a full refund of the amount deducted. Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of the incident.
  • Provide your registered email/phone number, the approximate time of the call, and a brief description.
  • Our team will verify the logs and credit the refund within 48 hours.

4. Recharge Errors (Eligible for Refund)

If you recharge your wallet and the money is deducted from your bank/card but does not reflect in your Miloner wallet within 15 minutes, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction using the payment gateway receipt and credit the amount within 24-48 hours. Screenshots of the payment confirmation are helpful.

5. Withdrawal Cancellation

Experts can cancel a withdrawal request only if it is still in the "Pending" status. Once an admin approves the withdrawal and initiates the bank transfer, the request cannot be cancelled or reversed. Please double-check your withdrawal details before submitting.

6. Promotional Bonuses & Free Minutes

Bonuses, free minutes, and promotional credits have no cash value. These are non-transferable and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or withdrawn as real currency. They expire according to the terms of the specific promotion.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and report the dispute to our payment partners. We recommend contacting us first to resolve any billing issues amicably.

8. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request (only for technical failures or recharge errors), send an email to contact@miloner.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your User ID]". Include your transaction ID (if available), amount, and a clear explanation. Our grievance officer will respond within 24-48 hours.
